Directors also headed by a chief executive Officer.Currently, its plantations cover a total of approximately 20,000 Hectares of land and
constitutes a workforce of over 1.500 employees
The OILIOCAM CO LTD is an Agro Industrial Company created in 1998 as a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY to acquire, develop and operate extensive in crude oil palm and palm plantations precisely in crude oil,sunflower oil and also in its edible state for export .
As at 1st January 2005 the Corporation had 20,315 ha planted out to v3 major cash crops out of a total of 23,000 Ha of land concessions from the Government and a work force totaling
1.500 including seasonal workers or workers on short term contracts.

Currently OILIOCAM grows mainly , Oil Palm, . It operates 4 Oil Palm Estates and 2 Palm
Oil Mills .This major Crop Groups are support by several services including Medical,Technical,
Transport, Sales, export Supplies and a main Head Office in Douala. The Head Office services include
the CEO Office in Douala, Human Resources in Konge, Finance, Management Control, Plan & Development, Communications, Information Systems, Audit, Industrial Safety and Security departments.There are one Oil Mill located at Konge in the SW Province and a semi oil mill in Mondoni with a Palm Estate that meets up to our export demands. The mills produce top quality crude oil,Palm Oil,sun flower oil and Palm Kernels.The mills are managed by Mill Managers who are all engineers. They are closely supported by Mill Engineers and technicians in different respect in running the mills.
MONDONI PALM OIL MILL
The processing capacity of Mondoni Mill is 9tons/Hr while that of Idenau Mill is 7 tons/Hr.
To keep the mills running for maximum output, a maintenance scheme is put in place and carefully followed.
